High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT classes are coached and programmed by members of our own professional staff. Each class, coaches will demonstrate every move, always focusing on proper form, making sure you are safe and getting the most out of each workout. You won’t have to worry about what you are doing, just follow along at the best of your ability.

- 45 to 60 minutes long
- 7 to 10 minute warm-up (loosen up muscles)
- 10 to 15 minute anaerobic intervals (increase blood flow to muscles)
- 10 to 15 minute core work (enhance stability, balance, and power)
- 7 to 10 minute cool-down (stretching to reduce muscle fatigue and soreness)
