What is Cross Training?

Cross training is a fitness program that is effective for any individual, regardless of age, gender, or experience. Workouts are comprised of constantly varied, functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at a high intensity. We use the same program for everyone, from elite athletes to kids, middle age to grandparents. The program is scaled, with help from each coach, to match the individual’s needs and abilities. At Rock City Fitness, you are all athletes in training.
