I believe health and fitness should be a part of the complete life cycle whether you are three or ninety years old.   I believe it’s important to instill the value of fitness at an early age. It is also important to make sure kids find fitness fun! I am dedicated to the community and clients that I have the honor of training and truly enjoy watching people exceed their own expectations. For me, Rock City Fitness is everything I love about fitness rolled into one.I love helping others achieve fitness they never thought possible.

Rock City Fitness holds a special place in my heart! My wife Natalie and I love doing this together!  Coaching and teaching is incredibly rewarding.  Watching people safely push themselves to reach their goals is one of the best parts of leading a Cross Training class. Having a support system in place when working toward health and wellness significantly increases the success of any workout program.  I love seeing people achieve what they didn’t think was possible and knowing that I was there along the way.

Fitness has been a part of my life for more than five years.  I have trained in different gyms all over the region before I chose to become part of the Rock City Fitness family. Teaching proper technique and seeing the efforts of a determined client come to fruition is a huge highlight as a coach.  I feel blessed to to play a role in the fitness journey of the fellow members but I really enjoy celebrating life with them.  The road to fitness should be long, it should be challenging and it should be rewarding.  I am here to make sure that we set out on that journey together and reach milestones all along the way.
